## About the role

This is a hands-on growth role for someone who can both build the technical mechanics of growth and explain them clearly to the people who make decisions. You'll design and ship real growth loops yourself, not just recommend them, while also owning the budget, business case, and roadmap behind them.

## What they're looking for

- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university. MBA a plus, not required
- Strong, hands-on coding ability (able to build and ship, not just spec), Python/SQL/JS or similar, plus familiarity with growth/analytics tooling (e.g., Looker, GA/Firebase, attribution and experimentation platforms)
- 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, performance marketing, or a technical product/growth/GTM/monetization role, ideally including ownership of a budget or P&L
- Founder's mindset, builder's mentality, and strong problem-solving skills, comfortable owning an initiative end-to-end, from strategy through execution
