## About the role

Newsela is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst who can make a significant impact quickly. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will own key components of Marketing’s measurement, analytics, and reporting infrastructure, including reporting architecture, dashboard development and governance, advanced data modeling, multi-touch attribution, and KPI development and tracking.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Chili Piper, Salesloft, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar marketing and sales technology platforms
