## About the role

The Engagement Manager sits at the intersection of strategic partnership and technical delivery. You will own a portfolio of customer relationships end-to-end, from understanding each customer's broader analytics ambitions to ensuring that Newton's solutions are being implemented with precision and purpose. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers to oversee day-to-day delivery while serving as the strategic voice in the room when customers are thinking about where they're headed next.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in advertising technology, marketing analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Experience overseeing or mentoring more junior technical or customer-facing colleagues
- Strong enough technical fluency to engage meaningfully with Solutions Engineers and assess implementation quality (SQL and/or Python familiarity preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can write a concise exec summary and run a working-level review in the same afternoon
- Highly organized with a bias toward structure, comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing the detail
