## About the role

As a key member of the Market Intelligence team, this role supports the development and leads execution of data-driven marketing strategies aimed at increasing acquisition and engagement of Asian American gamers. This role bridges data-driven consumer insights with actionable marketing execution, ensuring campaigns effectively resonate with Asian American gamers and align with broader business objectives.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing and/or Brand Marketing roles
- Experience developing strategic go-to marketing initiatives based on audience insights in gaming
- Experience in navigating and utilizing Chinese social media ecosystems preferred (e.g. RedNote, Bilibili, WeChat, and Weibo)
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
