## What they're looking for

- Experience building and shipping software in a production environment
- Strong frontend fundamentals and experience with modern JavaScript and React. This is an important part of the role
- Experience with a server-side web application language, Python/Django experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SQL and developing across frontend and backend systems
- Ability to break down product requirements, collaborate on technical approaches, and implement maintainable solutions
