## About the role

We're looking for a wireless engineer to advance the RF side of that mission: a low-infrastructure, long-range mesh network that keeps autonomous mobile robots connected in some of the harshest RF environments there are - active construction sites and industrial facilities full of steel, concrete, heavy machinery, and constant change.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's + 3 years of industry experience, or Master's + 2 years, in EE/CE or a related field
- Strong grounding in RF fundamentals and wireless communications - propagation, modulation, link budgets, PHY/MAC behavior
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining wireless networks in the real world
- Experience conducting wireless site surveys and turning them into working deployments
- Comfortable working low in the stack and diagnosing problems from spectrum to packets
- Strong analytical skills, able to work independently and with a small team
