## What they're looking for

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, management consulting, credit, or a similar analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or another relevant field
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, valuation, and the M&A process, with demonstrated acquisition modeling and company analysis experience
- Direct, hands-on experience supporting at least two transactions from initial evaluation through closing, working alongside senior deal team members
- Ability to synthesize financial and qualitative information into clear, decision-useful conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
