## About the role

It’s an exciting time here at Nexthink, one of exponential growth and transformation. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee multiple financial functions, translating our financial strategies into action, plans, reporting requirements, procedures, and processes. The expectation of this individual is that they will be responsible for global oversight of the Company’s accounting processes, technical accounting, and reporting, consolidation, and reporting, financial systems, internal and external audits, etc.

## What they're looking for

- BS/MS in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience, from a combination of a publicly traded company and PE backed companies with revenue over $300M
- Must be an existing Corporate/Global controller in a scaled environment
- 5 years in major public accounting firm
- Experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls highly preferred
