## About the role

Field-based travel : Requires regular domestic travel to client sites across the USA, with occasional international travel.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in presales or technical consulting, ideally selling SaaS/Cloud solutions into clinical healthcare institutions
- Hands-on, multi-site experience with Citrix, AVD, Windows 365, Omnissa Horizon, or Amazon WorkSpaces and deep platform expertise over broad familiarity
- Experience inside multi-hospital systems or academic medical centers, including EHRs (Epic, Oracle Health, Cerner), imaging workloads, and roaming clinical sessions — not payer or back-office healthcare IT
- Able to translate technical performance (e.g., logon times) into clinical impact, and to speak credibly with both a CMIO and a virtualization architect
- Can map and troubleshoot the full delivery path — device, network, gateway, broker, session host, profile, image, application
- Proven ability to scope technical evaluations, defend assumptions under scrutiny, and quantify business problems
