## About the role

As an Event Marketing Manager , you will own the event programs for NiCE’s Public Safety & Justice business across two product lines: Evidencentral, supporting Justice, Defender and Investigator solutions, and NiCE Inform AI, supporting the 911 market.

## What they're looking for

- Own the annual event calendar across both Public Safety & Justice product lines, evaluating national, state and regional opportunities and recommending which events to renew, consolidate, expand or discontinue
- Balance the event portfolio across key audiences, including prosecutors, defenders, law enforcement agencies and 911 organizations
- Develop distinct event strategies for each product line and sales team, recognizing the different go-to-market motions across Evidencentral and NiCE Inform AI
- Contribute to event budget planning by providing show-level performance data and recommendations that help determine investment across both product lines
- Track event spend throughout the year, negotiate with vendors, monitor variances and reconcile actual costs against planned investment
- Partner with Procurement to manage vendor onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, approvals and payments while ensuring critical sponsorship and event deadlines are met
