## What they're looking for

- Review customer contracts, amendments, renewals, and modifications, and partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, FP&A, and Order Management to ensure appropriate revenue treatment for standard and nonstandard terms
- Manage monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, ensuring revenue is recorded accurately, completely, and in compliance with US GAAP and public company reporting requirements
- Prepare and review revenue related journal entries, including deferred revenue, contract assets, and contract liabilities
- Maintain reconciliations for revenue related balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Own the revenue subledger and ensure alignment between operational systems and the general ledger
- Support SOX 404 controls related to revenue by documenting processes, maintaining supporting evidence, and participating in control walkthroughs and testing
