## About the role

We are seeking an exceptional VP of Finance to join our executive team. As the leader of Nightfall’s finance function, you will drive strategic financial planning, support our growth trajectory, and build the infrastructure to enable scalability. You will play a critical role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders, developing financial rigor across the company and investor relations. Lead all financial functions including FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in SaaS startups, with experience scaling from early to growth stage (Series A/B/C+)
- Experience as a key finance leader or VP/CFO in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS and subscription business models, key SaaS metrics, and AI native company dynamics
- Demonstrated success leading fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence
- Strong analytical, modeling, and FP&A skills with expertise in financial systems/tools
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams
