## What they're looking for

- BS or MS in Electrical, Computer, or Robotics Engineering
- 1-3+ years validating embedded systems, control software, or robotics firmware, HIL experience strongly preferred
- Strong Python (and Rust or C++) for automated test scripts and analysis, CI/CD experience (e.g., Jenkins)
- Understanding of digital/analog I/O and robotics comms (CAN, Ethernet, USB, Serial), MATLAB/Simulink a plus
- Comfortable with requirements traceability and defect management
