## What they're looking for

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years in software test, robotics or embedded validation, or test automation (senior preferred)
- Strong programming in Python and Rust (or C++), experience building automated test frameworks and CI pipelines
- Familiarity with robotics/embedded middleware (ROS/ROS2 or custom control frameworks), fault injection, and logged-data replay
- Rigorous about requirements traceability and defect management
