## What they're looking for

- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in robotics systems integration, hardware validation, or mechatronics
- Proven expertise in optimizing performance metrics and managing the interplay between robotic systems and control software
- A track record of leading "end-to-end" projects, from initial validation in a lab setting to successful deployment in a high-volume production environment
- Exceptional analytical skills, ability to use data to drive mechanical and software engineering changes
- Ability to represent Nimble’s technology to elite-level stakeholders and translate complex technical performance into clear strategic updates
