## What they're looking for

- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a practicing lawyer, including experience working with marketing teams
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, marketing law, and contracts law
- Working knowledge of a variety of legal areas including commercial law, entertainment law, and antitrust
- Extensive document drafting and negotiation experience, including agreements related to marketing, advertising, promotions, and sales, IP licenses, and other commercial agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
