Are you a talent development leader who enjoys building great content, facilitating meaningful learning experiences that drive impact, and helping others do the same? In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for creating and delivering talent development solutions that help employees and leaders grow. You'll work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and your team to ensure programs, workshops, resources, and tools are practical, engaging, and aligned to business needs.

- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams responsible for the design and delivery of learning, talent development, or organizational development solutions in a corporate environment
- Excellent understanding of talent development practices and strategy in a corporate setting, adult learning principles, learning design, facilitation, and talent program delivery
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences, establish credibility, and connect learning content to meaningful business outcomes
- Experience designing development solutions that balance participant engagement with measurable business impact, ensuring learning experiences are relevant, practical, and aligned to organizational priorities
- Experience serving as a trusted consultative partner to business and HR leaders, assessing needs and translating them into effective development solutions
- Experience leading enterprise or company-wide programs with notable complexity, including strategy development, execution planning, stakeholder management, and change adoption
