## About the role

The HR Business Partner team serves as a strategic consulting function that partners closely with leaders across Nintendo of America to align talent, organizational, and workforce strategies with business goals. As trusted advisors, HRBPs support leaders through all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation discussions, and change management.

## What they're looking for

- Experience leading and executing projects and change management initiatives
- Technical and functional knowledge of state and federal employment labor laws, workers’ compensation, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, benefit programs, and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coach and advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, talent decisions, employee engagement, and change management
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term trusted relationships
