## About the role

Manage marketplace workflows across orders, vendors, products, fulfillment, and customer issues. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey.

## What they're looking for

- 4-8 years of experience in marketplace operations, business operations, e-commerce, logistics, customer operations, or a similarly operational role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data and spreadsheets, SQL experience is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams
- High ownership, urgency, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
- A builder mindset—you identify problems, develop practical solutions, and drive them through completion
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
