## About the role

A Strategy & Operations Associate to join Nitra’s Strategy & Operations team and help build the operating infrastructure behind a rapidly scaling company. This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role supporting leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role at a high-growth company
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets and business data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High ownership and a bias toward action — you are comfortable taking a problem from an ambiguous starting point through execution
