## About the role

The VP will effectively serve as the GM of Nitra’s lending business, overseeing existing lending products while identifying, launching, and scaling new lending categories across healthcare. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial lending or credit background, experience launching lending products or programs, and the judgment and entrepreneurial mindset to operate in a high-growth environment.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in commercial lending, commercial banking, private credit, specialty finance, equipment finance, healthcare finance, or a related credit environment
- Proven experience building, launching, or scaling lending products or programs, ideally from the ground up
- Strong commercial credit underwriting, structuring, pricing, and portfolio management experience
- Experience across one or more relevant areas including healthcare lending, equipment finance, working capital, receivables, asset-backed lending, or specialty finance
- A track record of turning credit expertise into new products, markets, partnerships, or revenue opportunities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, make decisions with imperfect information, and build in a high-growth environment
