## What they're looking for

- Experience scaling a product from scratch at a VC-backed health tech company — this is a hard requirement. You have built something in healthcare that did not exist before you arrived
- Deep health tech domain knowledge — you understand how clinics, practices, or health systems operate, how they buy, and what makes them stay
- Demonstrated experience at a high-growth company pre-Series C, where you operated without a full playbook and built one yourself
- Proven track record of managing and developing a product team, with the ability to hire, coach, and hold a high bar
- Comfort and experience working with overseas engineering and design teams — you know how to maintain product quality and team alignment across time zones and cultures
- Strong command of the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration
