NMI is looking for a dynamic and motivated Corporate Counsel to join our legal team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Fintech company, advising on a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate issues within a fast-growing and supportive environment.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of legal experience, whether at a law firm or in-house
- Attorney with a JD and membership in good standing in at least one state bar association
- Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal and commercial contract advice directly to colleagues at all levels
- Creative and strategic thinker who can create and improve upon processes to drive efficiencies
- Experience with, or willingness to, work on corporate and commercial matters in both the US and the UK
- Quick learner who is comfortable navigating new and unfamiliar matters
