## About the role

You'll own paid acquisition for No Logo, starting in the ad accounts and ending up running the org. In the first few months, you're the operator. You'll be launching and scaling Meta and TikTok campaigns across our portfolio of creator brands, building the creative testing pipeline, owning budgets and reporting, and setting the playbook for how paid works here.

## What they're looking for

- 3 to 10 years in paid social, with Meta as your home platform and real TikTok ads experience
- You've personally managed serious spend and can walk us through specific accounts, what worked, and what didn't
- DTC or consumer product background. You've sold physical products to real customers, not B2B leads
- You've hired, managed, or built a buyer network before, or you're clearly ready to. Agency leads and people who've scaled growth teams at startups both work here
- Comfortable operating across many accounts at once with limited oversight
- Bonus points for creator economy experience, early stage startups, or having launched products from zero
