## About the role

You’ll lead clinical content at Nolla: finding the questions patients actually care about, researching the answers, writing scripts, and bringing them to life on camera. This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll regularly film videos, create graphics and educational content, and help manage our social presence. You’ll also work directly with the founding team on founder videos, product explainers, interviews, and other brand content.

## What they're looking for

- Clinical training and patient-care experience as an NP, PA, RN, or another qualified healthcare professional. NP or PA strongly preferred
- Experience creating health or medical content, with examples of you speaking on camera
- A background managing social media for a brand, practice, organization, or your own professional account
- Strong writing skills and confidence developing briefs, scripts, and creative concepts
- Comfort directing shoots, collaborating with founders, and giving creative feedback
- The ability to create clear, polished graphics, with familiarity with Canva, Figma, and AI design tools
