## About the role

We are adding a teammate to our high agency team to manage the day-to-day Recruiting Coordination of our San Francisco and Seattle offices and play a key role in the candidate experience. You will be the primary scheduler and host to the majority of candidates visiting Nooks. You will ensure they leave our interviews with a delightful experience.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- some recruiting, coordinating, ops, or office manager experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High agency, low ego, and team-oriented
- Experience with Ashby or another ATS is helpful but not required
