## About the role

The Core Infrastructure team makes the rest of Nooks fast. We're going from one product to many — Sequencing, Dialer, Agent Studio, Coaching — and our data layer, observability, and developer tooling have to scale with that. The dialer alone runs ~100M calls a week, and reps spend 4+ hours a day in the product. We're hiring senior engineers to own the systems everything else is built on.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of engineering experience, with depth in distributed systems, databases, or developer infrastructure. We don't care which exact stack
- Production experience scaling systems through real growth (10x, 100x), and the scars that come with it
- Strong opinions, held loosely, about what good developer experience looks like inside a fast-moving product team
- Comfortable being the engineer everyone else calls during an incident
- You make the rest of the team faster
- Based in San Francisco, excited to be in-office 3+ days per week
