Build and nurture a pipeline of top technical talent for future opportunities, ensuring Nooks stays ahead of the curve.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, product, and/or data science roles
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g. ML, DevOps, Frontend/Backend development)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at once
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience
