## About the role

We're looking for a Commercial Systems Manager who goes beyond system maintenance — someone who understands that a well-run tech stack directly enables revenue, and who brings the instincts of an operator alongside the technical depth of an admin. This role owns Salesforce administration and leads integration management across our commercial tech stack, including Ironclad, Gong, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Trumpet.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)
- Demonstrated experience managing or troubleshooting third-party integrations with Salesforce
- Hands-on configuration or administration experience
- Ironclad experience strongly preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working with a Sales rep and a Finance analyst in the same afternoon
- Project management instincts: you track your own work, hit deadlines, escalate appropriately, and communicate completion
