## About the role

We’re seeking an Events Communications Manager to own Noom’s presence at events — from the owned stages we build ourselves to the industry conferences where our executives show up as speakers, sponsors, and thought leaders.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in events, communications, PR, experiential marketing, or a related field, with hands-on ownership of live events from concept through execution
- Demonstrated ability to build events from scratch and manage multiple events simultaneously, including budgets, vendors, logistics, production, and on-site execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong judgment when evaluating event opportunities, sponsorships, budgets, and tradeoffs, experience in healthcare, digital health, or a related industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel for events and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
