## About the role

Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and revise technology and IP transaction documents. Due Diligence: Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing diligence memos focused on IP and tech diligence.

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent, admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of law firm experience in Technology Transactions and/or IP Transactions, as your primary practice
- Substantive hands-on record drafting and negotiating technology and IP agreements, with the depth that comes from doing this work at volume
- Experience supporting the IP and Tech workstreams of M&A and private equity transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to move matters forward
- No prior AI experience required
