## About the role

Norm Ai, the agentic law company, has a client base with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management. We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to be the first designer on our Marketing team's Design function, reporting directly to the Design Director. In this role, you will help build and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint, with web design and CMS expertise as a key part of your toolkit.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showing range across identity systems, campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital experiences
- Design Craft: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools, with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling across mediums
- Systems Thinking: Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries that keep a growing brand consistent
- Web & CMS Fluency: Working knowledge of a modern CMS platform, with the ability to partner with developers to ship web projects when needed
- Collaboration: A strong communicator who can manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and keep cross-functional partners aligned
