## About the role

Norm Ai, the agentic law company, has a client base with a combined $30 trillion in assets under management. We’re hiring a Technical Accounting Senior Manage r to strengthen and scale Norm Ai’s accounting function. This role will own complex technical accounting matters, help lead the monthly and annual close, and ensure accurate financial reporting across a growing and increasingly complex organization.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including substantial responsibility for technical accounting, financial reporting, or controllership activities
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and demonstrated ability to research, document, and communicate complex accounting conclusions
- Experience partnering directly with external auditors and tax advisors
- Strong analytical, project-management, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to handle confidential financial information
