## About the role

Break down problems and articulate your reasoning as you drive from rough concepts to shipped products. You might design how a workflow builder configures an AI-powered automation, how an operator triages failures across hundreds of running workflows, and how the patient on the other end experiences the outreach. Then figure out how a change to one surface propagates through the others. Your work may be communicated through workflow diagrams, Figma mockups, or rich design-in-code prototypes as the project merits.
