## About the role

This is an opportunity to serve as a key partner and advisor on Notion’s Business Operations team, working primarily with our Engineering, Product, & Design teams. Business Operations is a cross-functional team that partners with senior leaders across the company, focusing on high-impact strategic projects and analysis. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with leadership to identify, structure, and act on the most challenging strategic and operational questions impacting our business.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of strategy experience, including 2+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field
- Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills, with the attention to detail and quality bar required for decisions that affect products and the business
- Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills, can operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision
- Genuine enthusiasm for and proficiency with AI tools, we use AI across the board to move faster and work smarter, and you do too
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools such as Notion AI, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, you actively experiment with new models and workflows and use judgment to apply them responsibly
- Data self-sufficiency, including working knowledge of SQL and the ability to access, assess, and synthesize relevant data without relying on outside support
