## About the role

You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing solutions to unlock our sales team. Your knowledge of sales processes will be instrumental in implementing critical systems to unlock our business goals.

## What they're looking for

- You are Salesforce Admin certified
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst and/or providing Salesforce support
- Experience with a CPQ implementation and deep knowledge of quote-to-cash (and other sales functional processes)
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud best practices, including building Flows, validation rules, and reports
- AI-native builder mindset: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, build agents, and draft clear requirements, eager to keep leveling up
- Ability to map processes and translate needs into user stories, with strong stakeholder collaboration
