We are seeking a Tax Lead to join our global Tax and Treasury team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help Notion navigate a complex global tax environment, create tangible value, strengthen our tax operations, and work collaboratively to develop tax-efficient strategies that enable business expansion and innovation. Your work will be pivotal to building a world-class tax function and making a lasting impact on Notion’s success and growth.

## What they're looking for

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA and/or Master of Taxation is preferred
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience across public accounting and/or in-house at a multinational, high-growth company
- Hands-on experience with preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions
- Experience reviewing tax due diligence materials or supporting M&A transactions from a tax perspective
- Extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance, and audits
- Experience partnering effectively across Accounting, Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders to solve complex tax and operational problems
