## About the role

We’re hiring a Product Lead, Care Delivery to lead the evolution of care delivery across Nourish’s growing clinical network. Reporting to our Director of Product , you’ll own the end-to-end roadmap for the AI-powered workflows, care programs, and quality systems that drive patient outcomes and retention.

## What they're looking for

- Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for Care Delivery, prioritizing initiatives that measurably improve patient outcomes and retention
- Translate Nourish’s care model into AI-native workflows, including real-time clinical guidance, next-generation charting, transcript-powered insights, and personalized coaching
- Design longitudinal care programs, patient journeys, and shared coordination workflows that align dietitians, physicians, therapists, and AI around a unified care plan
- Define and track core metrics including patient outcome improvement, outcomes collection, and patient retention, design rigorous experiments to understand product impact
- Own execution from discovery through launch and iteration, working hands-on with engineering and design to ship quickly while maintaining a high bar for clinical quality
