## About the role

This person will report into the People Operations Manager and work closely with the broader People team and cross-functional partners in Talent, Finance and the Clinical team. As a People Ops Associate, you'll support the full employee lifecycle for a fast-growing team across all 50 states, from onboarding and leave to compliance and HRIS, and help us move from reactive support to proactively shaping Nourish's talent and culture. ## What they're looking for

- Employee support: Be the first point of contact for People Ops questions on leave, payroll, and policies. Work the ticket queue and troubleshoot issues with warmth and speed
- Onboarding and off-boarding: Run both end-to-end, including data entry and fixes, onboarding weeks, answering new hire questions, paperwork, and off-boarding out of systems
- HRIS administration: Keep employee records accurate, process role and reporting changes, and pull reports
- Compliance: Pull reports, work with government agencies to meet deadlines, and support compliance work across all 50 states
- Workflow ownership: Take full ownership of recurring workflows and continuously streamline them as we scale
- Discretion: Handle sensitive employee information (compensation, health data, personal situations) with care and confidentiality
