## About the role

Brand at Nourish isn't a marketing function; it's a product. You'll own the visual expression of the company across every touchpoint, ensuring that everything we ship feels unmistakably Nourish. Some days you'll be creating launch campaigns or directing photography. Other days you'll be designing a conference booth, animating product announcements, refining our website, or helping product designers bring our brand into the product itself.

## What they're looking for

- Own the visual identity of Nourish across every customer and company touchpoint
- Extend and evolve our recently launched brand system while maintaining consistency and quality
- Design marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, social content, presentations, recruiting materials, environmental graphics, print collateral, and everything in between
- Create motion graphics and animations that bring the brand to life across digital experiences
- Partner closely with Product Design to ensure our product experience reflects the same level of craft as our brand
- Create photography, illustration, video, directing external creative partners when needed
