## About the role

Own the Hermes Enterprise roadmap and packaging across managed Hermes Business and customer-controlled Hermes Enterprise, with a clear line between what is available today, what is in development and what is planned. Define and ship the enterprise foundations: repeatable fleet deployment, SSO and directory provisioning, workspace isolation, audit, administration and telemetry.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping B2B products to large enterprise customers
- Hands-on experience owning enterprise foundations such as SSO, SCIM, role-based access, audit logs, admin consoles or usage analytics
- Experience with products deployed in customer clouds, on premises or as single-tenant SaaS, and an understanding of the operational responsibilities that come with them
- Strong technical fluency with LLMs and AI agents. You use them daily, can read code and can reason about models, tools, evaluations and cost
- A track record of working directly with customers and turning ambiguous requirements into clear, prioritized plans
- Excellent written communication. You can write a spec engineers trust and a customer update executives understand
