## About the role

Build and own the Hermes Agent mobile apps on iOS and Android, from UI down to the APIs that feed them. Ship native-quality experiences: smooth interaction, offline resilience, push notifications, and responsible battery and data use.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on mobile
- Shipped and maintained production iOS and/or Android apps that real people use
- Strong with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or both) and comfortable with a cross-platform framework like React Native
- Solid backend and API sense: you can build the endpoints your app needs, not just consume them. TypeScript/Node.js or Python experience is a plus
- Real product intuition and a high bar for how a mobile app should look and feel
- Comfortable owning features end to end in a fast-moving environment
