## About the role

The Base Salary Range for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. ## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in product management. B2B or B2B2C, with a proven track record of shipping high-performing products
- PropTech / property management background. Direct experience in property management, tenant screening, or affordable housing. (Strongly preferred.)
- Comfort with regulated spaces. You treat compliance such as FCRA / CRA obligations and affordable-housing program requirements as a first-class product concern
- Data fluency. You write your own SQL queries and build Mixpanel dashboards to inform your decisions
- Customer obsession. You talk to customers constantly and synthesize their insights with quantitative data to drive strategy and prioritization
- Cross-functional range. You navigate technical trade-offs with Engineering, debate UX approaches with Design, tie prioritization to revenue for GTM, and communicate complex concepts to any audience
