## About the role

Novellia is seeking a technically sharp analyst with 3-5 years of experience to work with our patient data and translate findings into compelling scientific communications. You will run analyses on Novellia's datasets with support from our solutions team and turn those insights into content for media, marketing, and public-facing audiences. This is a hands-on data role with a strong communications component.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in a data-intensive role within healthcare, life sciences, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in data analysis and manipulation, including proficiency in R and Python
- Advanced proficiency in using AI tools to support and accelerate biostatistical analysis, including AI-assisted coding workflows
- Experience harmonizing large, complex datasets across multiple sources and formats
- Excellent scientific writing skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-specialist audiences
- Familiarity with real-world data, patient registries, or observational research is a strong plus
