## About the role

We are looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, market expansion, and strategic account engagement across North America and APAC. Based on the East Coast and reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will execute regional go-to-market programs designed to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, strengthen brand presence, and support enterprise sales growth within local markets.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or regional marketing roles within SaaS, technology, or Insurtech environments
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, and account-based marketing channels
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation, marketing attribution, and campaign ROI measurement
- Ability to engage confidently with senior commercial stakeholders and external industry audiences
- Experience working within fast-growth or scale-up organizations is highly advantageous
