## About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our small, high-output creative team and help shape how Novig shows up in the world. This is a hands-on IC role with real creative freedom — you’ll work directly with the Head of Creative across brand and product systems, campaign assets, and culture-moving work. This is a rare opportunity to help define a brand still young enough that your fingerprints will be on everything.

## What they're looking for

- 6-8 years of design experience at top brands, studios, or agencies
- A world- class portfolio that showcases your eye and your craft
- Impeccable taste. Probably the single most important thing
- The confidence to operate with real autonomy
- An obsession with craft that doesn’t discriminate by project size. The smallest deliverable gets the same care as the biggest campaign
