## About the role

o Assist with the engagement of Big 4 accounting firms to audit the financial statements of SEI’s CITs, including approval by the Board. o Represent the CIT team on recurring calls involving auditors and other key internal and external stakeholders such as fund accounting, financial reporting, and the applicable investment managers to oversee each audit cycle and ensure that deliverables and release dates are met.
