## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (5-10 years experience) to revolutionize our internal developer velocity by building the next generation of developer infrastructure and smart tooling. You will bridge the gap between our engineering teams and modern coding assistants, moving beyond traditional CI/CD to treat developer experience (DevEx) as a first-class product.

- Software Engineering: Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript. You approach infrastructure and productivity problems by writing software, not just configuring yaml
- Infrastructure Evolution: Proven experience transitioning traditional DevInfra/DevOps workflows and concepts into smart, automated developer platforms
