You will lead global compensation, benefits, wellness, and executive compensation end-to-end, sit on the Executive Committee, and partner directly with our CEO and CHRO on the most consequential people decisions we make: site location strategy, M&A diligence, market entry, AI transformation, and the deals that secure the leaders defining Nubank's next chapter.
