## About the role

Every Nubank office runs on an IT Room that most people never see. Power distribution, cooling, structured cabling and fiber are the layer that keeps thousands of Nubankers connected and working — and when that layer fails, entire sites stop.

## What they're looking for

- Solid experience with mission-critical environment infrastructure, including the deployment and operation of physical infrastructure in corporate offices or data center facilities
- Strong hands-on command of mission-critical infrastructure systems: HVAC and air conditioning, structured cabling, optical fiber, low-voltage power distribution, UPS units, generators, and fire detection and suppression
- Proven experience coordinating deployment projects that run structured cabling, electrical, mechanical and civil scopes simultaneously
- Experience managing vendors and service providers on infrastructure projects from technical specification through execution and acceptance
- A consistent track record of creating and maintaining clear technical documentation for infrastructure standards, procedures and projects
- A completed degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical background
